1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Android application developed by Maksym Fomichov (MoverERP, Linear Cutting, Margin Pro, Expense Sheet, Price Comparator, Get It! Phrasal Verbs, Super Loto Generator), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Unified Privacy Policy.

2. License, PRO Subscriptions & Premium Upgrades

MoverERP Freemium Model: The first 20 moving orders in MoverERP are provided free of charge with all features unlocked so you can test the estimator on real dispatches. Creating additional orders and exporting database backups requires an active PRO subscription.
One-Time Premium Purchases: Utility apps such as Expense Sheet, Linear Cutting, Margin Pro, Price Comparator, Get It!, and Super Loto offer optional upgrades to remove advertisements and unlock pro features.
Google Play Billing & Cancellation: All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle in your Google Play account under "Payments & subscriptions".

3. Local Data Storage & User Backup Responsibility

Because our business, workshop, and personal finance applications operate 100% offline and store databases locally on your device, you are solely responsible for creating regular backup files (using the built-in Backup / Export features) to external storage. The developer has no access to your device and cannot recover unsaved local records in the event of device loss, damage, or storage clearing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

All applications and calculators are provided strictly "AS IS" as decision-support utilities. The developer shall not be liable for any financial, commercial, or fabrication discrepancies resulting from user-entered rates, kerf measurements, or tax parameters. Super Loto Generator is an informational statistical reference tool and never guarantees lottery winnings.
